Brand Marketing Director - Entertainment & Hospitality

The Brand Marketing Director will lead the vertical marketing efforts for our large-scale music festivals & events, as well as our hospitality offerings and beyond. The Brand Marketing Director will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for each business unit to promote our festivals, build our hospitality and venues marketing and enhance overall brand awareness. The Brand Marketing Director is required to;


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive ticket sales and attendance for our music festivals and live events, our venues and hospitality offering and our music & radio business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and especially business unit leaders as well as external partners to create engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience for each business unit.

  • Manage the festival brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels as well as champion audience insights and target group relevance.

  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and innovation across the entertainment industry in the region and beyond.

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimise results as well as budget per business unit.

  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards within our entertainment & hospitality brands and ensure cross departmental integration of these marketing standards.

  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.

  • Manage, define and be responsible for goals and OKRs for each business unit from a marcom / brand perspective.

  • Lead and develop a talented team to shape our brand’s narrative, and design & drive innovation in our brand marketing strategies.

Job requirements

  • 12-15 years experience in developing and executing brand marketing strategies within the entertainment & hospitality industry across the middle east

  • Demonstrated success in creating innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement

  • Strong understanding of the music industry and trends, with a passion for music festivals

  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver results

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders  

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimise marketing strategies

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
