Position Overview:

MDLBEAST is seeking a dynamic, highly experienced General Manager (GM) to lead the operations and strategic development of Attaché. This senior leadership role will oversee all aspects of the multi-concept venue, which includes a luxury dining space, a high-energy nightclub, a stylish shisha lounge, and members-only areas — with plans to expand into pool club and other lifestyle concepts.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Venues, the GM will play a pivotal role in building the brand into a profitable, scalable entity, ensuring it evolves into one of the region’s most iconic lifestyle destinations.

Strategic Leadership & Brand Development:

  • Drive the overall performance and positioning of Attaché, ensuring alignment with MDLBEAST’s broader hospitality group vision.

  • Develop and implement business strategies that build Attaché into a profitable, best-in-class lifestyle concept.

  • Contribute to the growth of the hospitality portfolio, identifying expansion opportunities and optimizing brand equity.

Operational Oversight:

  • Lead and oversee the full operations of the restaurant, nightclub, shisha lounge, private member spaces, and future venue extensions such as pool clubs.

  • Ensure excellence across service delivery, experience design, health & safety, and compliance.

  • Continuously refine SOPs to meet the highest international standards in F&B, nightlife, and luxury hospitality.

Guest Experience & Community Building:

  • Cultivate an elevated guest journey across all touchpoints, delivering seamless experiences in dining, nightlife, and social engagement.

  • Foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for a discerning clientele that values exclusivity, creativity, and cultural relevance.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, retain and lead a high-performance team across multiple departments, including culinary, service, entertainment, and guest relations.

  • Create a culture of innovation, accountability, and hospitality excellence.

Financial & Commercial Management:

  • Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic promotions, upselling programs, and optimized venue utilization.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:

  • Work closely with MDLBEAST’s creative, marketing, partnerships, memberships, and talent teams to align programming and promotions.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, VIP clientele, and industry partners to elevate the venue's profile.

Job requirements

Education & Training

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field 

Knowledge & Years of Experience

  • Minimum 10-12 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality, including resorts, multi-concept venues, clubs, or high-end F&B.

  • Proven success in launching or managing multi-revenue stream venues (e.g., restaurants, clubs, lounges, pool clubs, private spaces).

  • Strong track record in transforming brands into profitable and culturally relevant hospitality concepts.

  • Advanced understanding of hospitality trends in the GCC and experience with high-profile, VIP clientele.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
