Job Overview:
MDLBEAST Radio is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing individual and corporate accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Radio, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence within the audio and music industry.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, craft tailored advertising solutions and ensure long-term partnerships. Your role will require a strong understanding of media sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to growing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow agency, direct and corporate client accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding MDLBEAST Radio’s client and revenue base.
• Develop customized advertising and sponsorship solutions that align with client objectives.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations with key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through strategic account management.
• Collaborate with the Head of Radio and internal teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to align campaigns with audience insights and station programming.
• Prepare and present targeted advertising schedules and proposals based on client briefs.
• Track and report on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
Job requirements
• Proven experience in sales account management, preferably in media, advertising, or the music industry.
• Strong understanding of radio advertising, media sales, and sponsorship strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying new opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to track and manage client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
